Visiting Students
Returning home to the Rockford-area for the summer or winter is a great time to take a few classes and get ahead on your educational journey. Visiting Students, or Students-at-Large, are non-degree seeking students that are interested in completing a few classes at Rock Valley College while enrolled at another college or university. These opportunities may be for personal growth, or transferable to help you complete your degree faster. Browse courses online to see what we have to offer!

Partnership with ReUp
Your education is your pathway to possibility, and you won’t be traveling alone. We’re here to guide you and accompany you on your road to success. RVC has partnered with ReUp Education to reach out to former RVC students who have had to put their studies on pause. The ReUp coaching team will support you through the re-enrollment process and work with you to determine what you need to be successful in your chosen degree path at no cost to you. If you have been identified to participate in our ReUp partnership, a Success Coach will reach out to you.
