RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.
The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!

In my role as the Department Coordinator for new Intercultural Student Services (ISS), I have an opportunity to build an effective rapport with individual students; getting to know them and supporting their varied needs....STOP IN and LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU NEED!!!
Through collaborative efforts and engaging with students, staff, and faculty I will provide programming that is of interest and value added to your higher education experience. I also plan to provide information and create outreach opportunities through various avenues. I will continually update the ISS website to be inclusive of our upcoming events, achievements, and general information. I will give my best effort to accommodate the all minority students, international students, and students in need on the RVC Main Campus, as well as, the Learning and Opportunity and Stenstrom Centers.

International Student Coordinator

As the International Student Coordinator in the Intercultural Student Services (ISS) department, I work closely with all International & undocumented students. I have gained a positive connection with these students while supporting them in their activities, needs, and various endeavors. I am also the Multicultural Club Advisor, which is an enriching experience in itself!
As the International Student Coordinator I provide guidance in adjusting to a new culture and managing the new academic environment at Rock Valley College. I also support various educational, social, and cultural programming for international students. My primary responsibility as the International Student Coordinator is to advise international and undocumented students on ways to succeed academically, socially, and culturally on campus and in the community. Also keeping students informed of all Federal Regulations pertaining to your status as non-immigrants in the United States is a big part of my job. I’m here to answer any questions you may have, listen to your concerns, and support you in finding answers/other available resources. I will help you learn to function independently and successfully at RVC and in the United States!
