RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!

Welcome! Community and Continuing Education (CCE) strives to offer a large and varied selection of educational opportunities. Whether you are seeking personal enrichment or professional development, we have programs that will fit your busy lifestyle. Check out our online distance education learning, designed to fit your life! Community Education Community Education offers courses that help you learn a new hobby or skill, enjoy leisure and recreational activities and benefit from personal enrichment courses. Students of any age can take these non-credit courses; there are no entrance exams and no diploma requirements. Courses are offered at the RVC main campus (3301 North Mulford Rd.), as well as other convenient locations throughout the region.
Rock Valley College Whiz Kids provides students in K-8th grades with a variety of academic enrichment opportunities. Through creative teaching strategies, materials, and curricula, Rock Valley College Whiz Kids offers unique, hands-on activities with inventive modes of participation. Students have fun using their imaginations, perfecting their talents, and gaining confidence in academic areas. Parents like this program because it provides a positive and stimulating environment for their children. We like it because we enjoy the kids and love to see learning in action!
Continuing Education offers courses and programs to help you upgrade your skills with non-degree credit, state and national certification and licensing courses in business, healthcare, professional development and technology areas. Designed as short-term, non-degree alternatives, these programs do not require an entrance exam for admission. NOTE: Financial Aid does not apply to Continuing Education courses. |
