Jerry Kitchen worked for over three decades as a major account representative, sales manager, branch manager and district product manager for the 3M Company. During his time with 3M, he won nine national sales awards, five national management awards, and was named top salesman and top district supervisor in the nation. He now focuses on sales training, motivation and consulting. His relationship based approach to selling is both unique and effective, and his lively presentations are informative and interactive.

(1 Credit) Selling is an art. It allows personal creativity but is based on discipline and logic. Calls=Presentations=Sales=Income. It can become a career allowing professionally motivated high achievers to earn one of the highest income levels in the professional world. The Five Steps to a sale will be covered – AIDCA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Conviction, Action) concept. We’ll also expand on FAB—Features:What are the main features of your product and what is it designed to do? Advantages: What will your product do to solve your prospect’s problems? Benefits: How will your product help people gain or avoid problems in the future? Role playing is included.

For Experienced Sales Representatives
(1 Credit) Relationship selling techniques will be enforced using today’s consultant approach. Companies buy from people…they don’t buy from companies. Setting up appointments on the phone or in person will be reviewed along with making fun out of cold calling. Sale's presentations and creative ideas for closing the sale will be highlighted. Learn how to overcome a negative and redirect to a positive. Time management and role playing will be included.
