RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!

Whitney Trosper has signed on to play volleyball with the Golden Eagles next season. She is a middle blocker who was an all-conference honorable mention selection last season for Byron High School. She plans to participate in the Fire Science program at RVC.

Winnebago's Wogomon signs with RVC
Winnebago’s Tara Wogomon will play volleyball and softball for Rock Valley College next year. Wogomon was a four-year varsity player in both sports, leading the volleyball team to back-to-back conference titles as a junior and senior.

Guilford star, Kuchinski signs with Golden Eagles
Gretchen Kuchinski, a first team all-conference selection from Guilford High School, has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball for Rock Valley College in the fall of 2012. Kuchinski made her signing official in front of friends and family at Guilford High School on Monday, December 5.
Kuchinski will join a Golden Eagle team that finished in third place for the second straight season at the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) national tournament. She will team up with fellow former NIC-10 standouts and returning RVC sophomores Kristen Kotch (Hononegah), Breahna Stewart (Boylan), and Rachal Woody (Hononegah) for third year head coach Abby Jenkins.

About RVC VolleyballRVC Volleyball won NJCAA championships in 1996 and 1997. In recent years, the Golden Eagles were conference champions in 2009 and 2010, and co-conference champions in 2007 & 2008 and won the regional to advance to the NJCAA national tournament in 2007 and 2010. RVC has also had 16 NJCAA all-American volleyball players since 1996.
