RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!

Eight men's and women's intercollegiate sports are offered at RVC. The Golden Eagles compete in NJCAA Division III in volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, men's and women's tennis and golf. Many of the teams have enjoyed national prominence in recent years. RVC’s rich athletic history includes more than 100 All-Americans and seven national championships.
The ALIVE 3-on-3 event has been cancelled.

Tournament volunteers will consist of, but are not limited to, the Rock Valley College men’s and women’s basketball teams; former Winnebago High School star, Devan Bawinkel (University of Iowa); and former Freeport High School standout, Willie Veasley (Butler University, 2010 NCAA tournament runnersup). The players will be available to sign autographs and to referee the championship games!
All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the Rock Valley College Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs as well as the A.L.I.V.E. foundation.
