Goal of EAGLE Support
 EAGLE_Support The goal of EAGLE Support and this site is to provide support to all users of the EAGLE Learning Management System.  The EAGLE Support Personnel will resolve technical issues as quickly as possible so that teaching and learning can continue with minimal interruptions. If you have an issue that needs to be addressed, please complete the support request below.

After support hours or on weekends and/or holidays remember you can always fill out a
support request, as these requests will be answered based on severity of the issue and urgency.

* RVC closes at 1:00 PM on Friday during the summer sessions.

Immediate = within one hour; Urgent = within business day Medium = Within 2-3 days; Low; whenever possible

Canvas supports the last two versions of every browser release. We highly recommend updating to the newest version of whatever browser you are using as well as the most up-to-date Flash plug-in.
