RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in football, men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

EPS Our Educational Planning Sessions will give you a head start on what to expect at RVC.
The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!
Computers and Information Systems offers a variety of programs of study.
There are several certificate programs available, including Cisco networking, Visual Basic and VOIP just to name three.
Degree programs are offered in Web Information Technology, Personal Computer Technical Specialist, Personal Computer Information Specialist and Computers and Information Systems.

Graduates of this program learn the complexities of computer software, hardware, and programming processes to enable them to be successful in the workplace. For those who decide to pursue a bachelor’s degree, the Computers and Information Systems program offers courses that can be successfully transferred to baccalaureate institutions.
Although many graduates of the program begin work as entry-level programmers, opportunities are also available as a programmer/analyst, technical support specialist, PC specialist, operations specialist, and in database support.
The Business/CIS Division also offers degrees in Web site development, networking, and PC skills.
