David serves as our Dean of Student Success here at Rock Valley College, overseeing the Office of Student Success, Financial Aid, Records and Registration, Disability Support Services, and Career Services. As a Rockford native, David attended RVC and then went on to earn his MBA from Rockford University. Spending his career working with college students, he has knowledge on and direct work with just about every area you can think of. When David isn't working, he loves spending his time traveling to MLB stadiums across the country and collecting professional athlete and sports related bobbleheads!

Rhonda is a proud Northern Illinois University Alumni. At NIU, she received her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and her Master of Science in Counseling, Adult and Health Education. After NIU, she attended Walden University where she completed all of her doctoral level course-work in Public Health-Community Education and Promotion. She has had several years of experience in higher education (online and traditional) in residential life, faculty development, orientation and advising. Rhonda is a native of Wisconsin and is a passionate Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers fan. When she is not cheering on her favorite teams, she likes to spoil her rescue dog named Gladys or watch docuseries on TV.

Grace joined the team as a Retention Specialist in September of 2019. Before being at Rock Valley College, she studied Child, Adult, and Family Services at Iowa State University and then went on to earn her Master of Arts in Postsecondary Education: Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa. Grace brings various experiences with her to RVC, including teaching learning strategies and personal responsibility to students, administering the student conduct process, and supporting students through extenuating circumstances. She is new to Rockford, so be sure to share with her your favorite place to grab a bite to eat!
