Library Catalog: Use to find books, DVDs, videos, journal titles and more available at the Estelle M Black Library.
Course Reserves: Use course reserves to find materials your instructor may have placed in the Estelle M Black Library for you to use.
Library Databases: Use databases or EDS Discovery Service to search for articles in magazines, journals, and newspapers. To access the Estelle M Black Library databases or EDS Discovery Service from off-campus, you will be asked to enter your last name and student identification number. Materials to support your distance education coursework is available through the Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College. The Library Catalog is used to locate materials owned by the library, as well as requesting items directly from 88 other academic libraries in Illinois. Library Databases provide remote access to articles from journals and newspapers.
