The RVC Foundation is able to provide scholarships to deserving students, fund grants for RVC faculty and staff to enhance programs and services, and support activities that complement the College's educational offerings.

Through the support of our generous donors, including our expanding Alumni Network, the RVC Foundation is able to provide scholarships to deserving students, fund grants for RVC faculty and staff to enhance programs and services, and support activities that complement the College's educational offerings.

 

The RVC Foundation Emergency Needs Scholarship and the RVC-SOS Crisis Fund provide assistance to current RVC students facing unexpected, temporary hardship. This support will help our students stay in school during this critical time so they may move forward on their educational journey.

Donors who invest in these funds provide critical resources for our students who are facing sudden job loss, homelessness, medical expenses, and Covid-19 related challenges such as insufficient resources for online learning success.

  • $1,750,000 dollars were given to RVC thanks to the generosity of our donors. Each dollar donated is an investment in our community and the dreams of our students.
  • $400,000 were awarded in scholarships to 269 deserving students.
  • $407,321 were generously donated to support specific programs throughout RVC.
  • Emergency relief awards allowed 14 students to continue on their educational path by removing financial barriers that may have otherwise caused them to drop out. 
  • 13 new annual scholarships were created to award $139,000 more in student scholarships.
  • $1,000,000 were raised through the RVC Strong Campaign for student success and scholarships.
