The Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion supports Rock Valley College's mission "to create and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive campus where all learners can progress towards their educational and career goals" in collaboration with students, employees, and community partners by providing trainings and workshops, hosting campus and community events, supporting relevant student and employee affinity groups, facilitating intergroup dialogue, offering conflict mediation, and regularly assessing college practices and procedures in the pursuit of Cultural Proficiency and Inclusive Excellence.
