Seeking to reduce stress and become a healthier you? Learn to incorporate mindfulness into your life. Receive encouraging guidance by practicing a variety of poses and breathing exercises. Yoga practice will increase flexibility, strengthen the body, build better balance, bring improved focus, clarity and peace. Each class is open to all experience levels and students are encouraged to practice at their own pace.

RAEANN AUSTIN has been a yoga student since 2000 and has instructed yoga since fall 2009 at RVC. As a certified yoga instructor, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and fondness of yoga to others.
STEPHANIE TUBUTIS is certified as a sport yoga\(SY) instructor. Her studies and training specialized in the athlete’s body and performance through flexibility and form. Even though her training is sport-based, she feels that mindfulness and spirituality are an extremely important part of her yoga practice and teachings.
