The Workforce Solutions Division of Rock Valley College serves the needs of Regional Business and the Community by providing short-term training, upskilling, and just-in-time instruction that leads to certificates and/or credentials that will enhance trade and business career opportunities.

The Business and Professional Institute at Rock Valley College provides expert training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of your company. Virtually any topic can be customized to meet the particular needs of your business or work group. Training can be held on-site at your business or at Rock Valley College.

Why am I having a hard time registering online?
 

Google Chrome and Safari do not work with our registration system.  Use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

Make certain to select Community & Continuing Education student for registering. If you select credit student, the system won’t understand and process your registration.

Is there a deadline for registration?
 

Registration for CCE courses is accepted until 24 hours prior to the class starting, as long as there are still seats available. In some cases, advanced registration is required (and noted in the details).

We HIGHLY recommend registering early, to secure your seat in the class. 

Can I register over the phone?
 

No, but we do have several registration methods available. Please visit our registration page for more information.

How do I update my personal information with Rock Valley College?
 

Making sure the college has updated is very important so we are able to contact you if anything changes with your classes. You can visit our Records and Registration office in person with a photo ID or you can download and complete our Information Update Form.

What forms of payment are accepted?
 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and check.

Are there additional fees?
 

A non-refundable service fee ($1.75 per e-check, 2.5% of total credit card transaction) will be added to your transaction upon registration completion. Fees are subject to change.

Are your classes eligible for Financial Aid?
 

Our classes are not eligible for Federal Financial Aid. You can contact our Financial Aid office at (815) 921-4150 for additional information.

Can I set up a payment plan?
 

CCE courses require complete payment at time of registration.
