We have partnered with Adventure Safari Network to offer their most popular courses and their expertise. Adventure Safari Network is the leading provider of photographic workshops in the Chicagoland area, and conducts frequent photo safaris in local and international venues.

Photography Certificate of Completion Requirements:

Register for PHO 800 CERT your first semester. A member of the Adventure Safari Staff will be assigned to guide you in selecting your courses and advise you through program completion.

Core Classes Required:

  • Basic Digital Photography
  • Digital Photography II
  • Developing Your Portfolio
  • Photoshop Elements

Electives Required: (Prerequisite: Basic Digital Photography)

Choose any combination of our other photograpy offerings for a total of 11 electives or safaris that fit your goals and interests. Electives and safari offerings vary by semester. Examples of our elective/safari topics can be found in our program brochure.

Any type of camera is acceptable, with an SLR providing best results.
