The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!
Have fun. Try stuff. RVC gives you opportunities to get involved. There are lots of student activities to choose from. We offer more than 20 clubs and organizations. Try your hands at student government. Join the staff of our campus newspaper. What's it going to be?
RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

Rock Valley College Physical Education Center
College Night is a collaboration between Rock Valley College, area high schools and the Illinois Association of College Admission Counselors. Representatives from approximately 120 colleges, universities, technical schools and vocational schools will be on hand to talk to students about their educational and career goals.
In addition to hosting college representatives, Rock Valley College will be presenting information sessions on financial aid. Tours of the Rock Valley College campus will also be available.
Rock Valley's Financial Aid staff will help you better understand your financial options for attending college.
In the Physical Education Center at 6:15 pm & 7:15 pm.
College Night is open to not only high school students but also to parents of prospective students, current college students who are looking to transfer, and adults looking to return to school. There is something for everyone at College Night.
Advanced registration is required for college representatives who would like to participate in the fair and spaces are filling fast. Rock Valley College does not process registrations for this event.
