Understanding Sustainable Energy on a Personal Scale

by Linden Griesbach, Professor, Business/CIS & Engineering

May 1, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Student Center Atrium

In this lecture, Professor Griesbach will analyze the energy needs of a typical resident of Boone/Winnebago/Ogle Counties, and compare this to possible sources of sustainable (renewable) energy in the same geographical area. This follows the approach of British author, Dr. David MacKay, in his book “Sustainable Energy without the Hot Air”.

All RVC First Tuesday Lectures are free and open to the general public. For more information call Kathy McCarty at 815-921-4009.
