You can tell what a college values by how it spends its money. At Rockford, you won't find luxury apartment complexes, fancy student centers, or cable television in every room. You will find small classes (the average class has fewer than 20 students), more PhD's per class, infinite opportunities for service learning, and most importantly, a liberation liberal arts education.
