Have you ever been fascinated by things that go bump in the night? Do you have an interest in the paranormal? The wild popularity of the feature film Paranormal Activity and the A&E television series Paranormal State has only raised the interest in the phenomenon of haunted locations.
Now you can learn more about it during a two hour course entitled Haunted Stateline. The course will be held Thursday, October 29 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Rock Valley College Student Center Atrium.
Explore our “Haunted Stateline” through the eyes of Paranormal Investigator, Jennifer Lauer. Lauer will share stories of eye-witness accounts of real ghostly activity reported in haunted locations all over the Stateline area. She will present the evidence captured at these locations from the investigations performed by the Southern Wisconsin Paranormal Research Group. Lauer will also discuss and play audio recordings from the exorcism case of Anneliese Michel. Michel was the woman that the movie The Exorcism of Emily Rose was based on. Don’t miss this exciting chance to learn of the many ghostly hauntings located in your own backyard!
The cost of the course is just $28. For automated registration & credit card payment, call (815) 921-6799. Enter the registration code 1031 and have your credit card information ready. You may also call RVC Community Education at (815) 921-3900.
