The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!

RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

Continuing Professional Education

Important Note:

Effective July 1, the Identity Protection Act (096-0894) of 2010, will no longer allow the use of social security numbers for account access.  Your Student ID number is required for all registrations; specifically Telephone Registrations. 

Your student ID number is located on the top right corner of Registration Statements.  Your ID number is necessary for interacting with many RVC departments.

Continuing Professional EducationThe courses offered through Continuing Professional Education are for professionals seeking continuing education in their field. Non-degree credit certificate courses and programs are available to help you in your general professional development, career advancement and preparation for state and national certification exams.

Designed as short-term, non-degree alternatives, these programs do not require an entrance exam for admission. In some cases, they may be used toward an A.A or A.S. degree.

Participants who successfully complete each CE credit course are awarded a Certificate of Completion from Rock Valley College.
