RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!

| 2011-12 (at RVC): Arika started all 47 games for the Golden Eagles last season… she batted .383 on 54 hits in 141 at bats... drove in 39 runs, scored 47 runs, added ten doubles, three triples, three home runs and was 23 for 24 in stolen bases... was named to the Region IV all-tournament team…
High School/Personal: Arika is in her second season with Rock Valley College softball… four-year starter for Rockford Jefferson High School under Coach Annie Craig… all-conference performer in the NIC 10 in her senior year when she led the conference in batting average… received her team's MVP and Offensive MVP, as well as being named a captain her senior season… NIC-10 Scholar Athlete and honor roll student… daughter of Mitch Vogan. |
