Mail-in payments should be sent no later than 5 days prior to a due date to ensure timely posting and reduce risk of classes being dropped for non-payment.

Also, credit card payments covering full tuition will be accepted by an Accounts Receivable/Student Payments cashier directly and giving the information over the telephone.

Drop Box

Payment in full will be accepted with a check and/or credit card information (cardholder must sign) with the upper portion of your Registration Statement. Your payment must be in a sealed envelope and dropped into the drop box located at the Student Center entrance.

DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX.

The Rock Valley College drop box is a camera-equipped, well-lit, secure option for paying after office hours are closed. All payments received in the drop box the morning after a payment deadline will be posted prior to dropping classes for non-payment.

Tuition Payments
Managing college expenses just got a little easier

The challenge of paying for college expenses is much easier with the monthly payment plan offered by Rock Valley College through the FACTS/Nelnet Online Payment Plan. It's simple; just complete a short form online and you can pay your tuition and fee costs with monthly payments deducted from your credit card or bank account.

Here's how it works. The earlier you sign up, the lower your monthly payments. For example, if you sign up for the Fall Credit Term as early as May, your payments can begin in July and continue through November. That gives you five, full months to make payments. If your tuition and fee expenses amount to $1500, you make five payments of only $300 each, plus any applicable payment plan fees.

The monthly payment program is not a loan, so you do not pay any interest. You don't need to fill out complicated loan forms. It's a pay-as-you-go plan that costs only $25 per semester.

What's even better, you don't have to remember to write checks and mail them each month. This monthly payment plan uses a convenient electronic payment system.
