RVC competes in NJCAA Division III in men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, golf, baseball, softball, and men's and women's tennis. Not to brag, but we're pretty good at it. Our teams have won seven national championships and we have had more than 100 All-Americans.

The Estelle M. Black Library at Rock Valley College features nearly 75,000 volumes and more than 650 periodicals, and access to the interlibrary loan system. It also features spaces for individual and group study, and if you get thirsty, there's a coffee shop in the lobby!
How to request your Rock Valley College Transcripts.
Rock Valley College offers several different ways to request your transcripts. Please see below for all of our available options.
1. Online through eScrip-Safe (electronic transcript, delivered via e-mail only)
($3.00 per request—easy account set-up)
Beginning in 2012 Rock Valley College and eScrip-Safe will partner together to provide students with access to an online ordering system through a secure Website. eSCRIP-SAFE charges a $3.00 processing fee for each recipient (transcript addressee). Order updates will be emailed to you and you can also check your order status and history online.

To create your account at this ordering site follow these steps:
1. Go to the eScrip-Safe Website at https://www.iwantmytranscript.com/rockvalleycollege
2. Go to "Don't have an account?" Pick Rock Valley College from the drop down and click SIGN UP
3. Fill in all of your information on the Recipient Info Screen and click CONTINUE
4. Go to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click CONSENT FORM
5. Click DOWNLOAD FORM (then OPEN it)
6. Print out this form, sign and date it, and fax it to 513-697-0012
7. Your account is now ready! Anytime you need to order transcripts from RVC, just login and follow the steps. No need to re-fax anything

Note: Transcripts listing courses number 100 and above will be sent for each request. If you took courses numbered below 100 (remedial), Community and Continuing Education courses or Adult Education courses, you will need to specifically request inclusion of these records.
Transcripts of work completed at other institutions become a part of a student's record at Rock Valley College and are not released or copied for distribution. Copies must be obtained from the institution where the courses were completed.
All Financial and Academic obligations to Rock Valley College must be satisfied before transcripts will be released.
