The goal of EAGLE Support and this page is to provide support to all users of our EAGLE Learning Management System. 

We will resolve technical issues as quickly as possible so that teaching and learning can continue with minimal interruptions. If you have an issue that needs to be addressed, please complete the support request form below.

Providing a phone number is required in case our staff needs to contact you by phone to properly respond to your question or comment.
Immediate = within one hour; Urgent = within business day Medium = Within 2-3 days; Low; whenever possible
Please select whether you need training or something to be fixed.
please format it as Subject, Course Number, Section, Semester (e.g. PSY-270-2INT Summer 2010)

Canvas supports the last two versions of every browser release. We highly recommend updating to the newest version of whatever browser you are using as well as the most up-to-date Flash plug-in.
Please type in the text box a description of your issue or the steps you have already taken.
Faculty Use ONLY: By checking this box you will allow the EAGLE Administrator to access your course and fix the issue. The EAGLE Administrator will notify the faculty member of the fix that was performed via email.
